The FieldAlytics Team is proud to introduce the following new features and performance improvements as part of version 6.5 of FieldAlytics, available. Click on the links below for each topic of the release notes summary to learn more about these items.

Main

Sub-Field Crop Areas

A Sub-Field Crop Area is a new addition to the existing Crop Area feature that allows users to set multiple crop areas within one year of a single field. This allows users to distinguish field areas with different management practices, such as multiple crops in a field or separating different seed varieties.

Adapt-N Configuration Updates for Variable Input Instances

Users can continue to find new functionality and features that will enhance and strengthen the abilities within the Adapt-N integration. Our latest updates enable users to efficiently utilize past soil sample data within the current field configuration. Users will also notice improved options to use their most recent sample event. Also available will be selection lists to utilize Yield Potential layers as direct inputs for their Expected Yield values.

Work Orders

Field Status Mass Update

The Mass Update Status tool within Work Orders has been expanded to include Field Status Updates for Soil Sampling Jobs. Users can now update Soil Sampling Statuses to either Ready, Will Call or Not Ready in bulk rather than individually updating each Job.

Target Pest(s) Location Preference

A new Work Order Location Preference has been added to the Tools menu that, when activated, requires all Chemical Work Orders to have at least one Target Pest Selected to create the Work Order.

Integrations

Truterra - Field Practices

Our partners at Truterra offer sustainability programs that put retailers and growers first. FieldAlytics is excited to expand our partnership by streamlining program data collection needs with data already collected in FieldAlytics. Users of our Work Orders platform will gain the most from the integration as application records, including the product nutrient analysis, will be sent automatically to Truterra for participating growers. Coupled with our previous release of crop areas and field practices, service providers can answer over 90% of all questions needed to participate in Truterra programs.

MyAgData

MyAgData has pioneered electronic acreage reporting, and as of June 22nd, 2023, the USDA will begin accepting this required reporting electronically. FieldAlytics can now streamline the completion of these reports with data already collected within FieldAlytics. The new integration enables partners to offer a new service to their growers with a minimal time commitment.

Imagery Enrollment

The new Imagery Enrollment tool provides a portal to enroll fields to import imagery for two new integrations in Planet Labs and Sentera

Planet Labs Integration

Planet Labs is a new integration with FieldAlytics that provides satellite NDVI and NDVIRE images to enrolled fields.

Sentera Integration

Our Sentera integration allows users to import Senteras drone-captured imagery into FieldAlytics.
