Sentera Integration (Leaf Imagery Enrollment)

The Leaf Imagery Enrollment tool is a portal that allows users to connect to Sentera's services and connect fields that are enrolled in Sentera. Leaf Imagery Enrollment may need to be activated for your organization; please contact our Customer Success Team for pricing and activation. In addition to having access to the Leaf Imagery Enrollment, organizations will also need a Sentera account to utilize the Sentera portion of the tool. To access the tool, start by clicking on the menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting Administration.

Next, select Leaf Imagery Enrollment from the drop-down Menu. Select Sentera Enrollment Tool. From here, select a Location from the drop-down menu. Once a location has been selected, users must link a user by clicking on the green icon to the right of the location box.

Next, enter the proper Sentera Credentials to login and click Enroll.

Once logged in, the tool will display fields that can be enrolled through Sentera. If the field matches an existing boundary within FieldAlytics, the Grower, Farm, and Field information will automatically be filled out. If the field does not match an existing boundary, users can create a new field to match the Sentera imagery by searching for a grower and selecting the Farm to place the field. Clicking on the grower search box will also give the option to create a new one, allowing users to entirely create a new Grower, Farm, and Field Structure for the linked field. Users can select a Grower and Farm for one field and click on this box to apply them to all fields selected rather than filling out each field individually. To finish enrollment, check the box to the left of each desired field with a Grower and Farm selected and click Import Selected to finish.

Once a field has been enrolled, retrieving the imagery may take a few minutes. To view Sentera imagery, navigate to an enrolled field and open an imagery folder. Imagery from Sentera will be denoted with the icon shown in the image below.

A selected image may have multiple options, including NDVI, RGB, or RGB Full Resolution, with the option to download each. Please note that a RGB- Full Resolution image may be too large for the browser to load and may be downloaded only.
