Main
Within Main, users will now have new functionality that will enable the mass importing of Directed Sampling events at either the Grower or Farm level from a shapefile format. This new data import option will provide greater flexibility to users working to get these layers into the software.
Beyond that, clients working with connected ERP locations will have the added ability to uniquely define the Inventory Site location on a per event level for their Farm Plan operations. This will allow users to set proper product allocations during the planning process and later utilize this tagged reference when transitioning Farm Plans over to actual Job Orders.
Work Orders
In Work Orders, users now have the ability to control what sampling methods are available in the work order creation process. Limiting the risk of confusion of a salesperson selecting a sampling method that the user's organization does not provide.
New updates to the KSI Blender integration will provide users with critical alert notices for instances of failed blender communication to an assigned unit from the job Dispatch console. This update also will publish a notice out to the users Notification Center console with any associated job and blender unit information.
Another update for the Work Order module will be the ability to generate the Detailed Application Summary Report directly from a Completed Work Order. Previously this report was only available via the Records Module and required a user to have access to that module in order to generate the report.
Operations
Within Operations, new updates to the Blend Sheet Report has been put in place to ensure the product display and order within the report will match the product setup as defined within the original Work Order jobs. This continuity will help ensure products are utilized within the proper order when establishing the blend analysis.
Users will also have a new feature within the Dispatch Configuration tool that will enable job Status Notes to be defined while handling the Inventory Site and Blender Configuration setup. These notes will allow users working in Operations to set critical information within jobs without having to navigate over to the Work Order module
