KSI Blender Notification Updates

Clients working with Job orders that are setup to their connected KSI Blenders can now take advantage of additional integration updates that will better alert and notify the users of communication and submission issues to those units.

Alert notifications will be presented to the user while submitting the jobs from the Dispatch console. These alerts will provide immediate feedback to the user around any submission errors or issues.

Beyond the notification presented while working within the Operations Dispatch, users will also have access to the alerts stored within the Notification Center modal. The captured alert will provide a timestamp of the failed submission along with Job Name and KSI Blender information. Lastly, clients will have the option to attempt a “Resubmit” of the order to the KSI unit directly from this notification window.
