Farm Plans - Inventory Site Support at Per Event Level

Clients working with Farm Plans and Farm Plan Templates underneath connected ERP locations can now include the selection of an Inventory Location for any of their Chemical or Fertilizer entries.

This new functionality will allow the users to set a predetermined inventory site that will be used for the future planned action item. When these planned actions get turned into actual Work Order jobs, the products and rates along with the selected Inventory Site associated to the Plan will all get passed over to the Work Order form.

If a user elects to update the Inventory Site location on an existing event that includes selected products, the user will need to confirm the change and as such, the event will have the current products removed as they were tied to previously selected Inventory Site.

To create a Work Order from an existing Farm Plan have the user navigate to the Work Order page to start their job creation process. Identify the Work Order type and then proceed to select out the needed field profiles.

Select the “Farm Plan” action icon found within the Field Selection modal as shown below. This will then open the “Farm Plan Event Selection” window.

From this window, preview and then select the event(s) that will contain the products and actions desired for the current Work Order being generated. The system will utilize both the associated products and identified rates from the saved Farm Plan event to populate the job order.
