Detailed App Summary Report available in Work Orders

A new report function has been added to the Work Order overview page. Clients can now generate the Detailed Application Summary report directly from the Work Order module via the available PDF report setup options found underneath an individual Fertilizer or Chemical application job.

To access this new report option, users can navigate down inside an existing Fertilizer or Chemical work order type. With the full display of the available jobs showing, the user will next select the dropdown arrow next to the “Edit” button. This will display the full action item list associated to the job. Select the option for “Detailed App Summary” found under the newly added “PDF Options” sub-category.

The program will then display a report setup modal. Here, the user will have the option to include any additional users that may need notice of this report request. Input those additional emails and then select the “Process Report” function button.

Based on the current logged in users defined report preferences, the requested Detailed Application Summary will either be presented via email or sent to the Notification Center alert modal for later access by the user. Within the Notification Center modal this report will be stored under the newly created “Detailed Application Summary” sub-category and will be organized by date/time of the report request.
