Product Order Update for Blend Sheet

A new update will to the Blend Sheet report will help ensure both product order and display match the original job setup criteria defined. This new report feature will have the products displayed within the Blend Sheet show in the same order as they were entered into the Work Order Job.

Users working with Fertilizer products within jobs can now have the confidence that the order set within the “Products” setup will then hold and pass over to the Blend Sheet analysis and output displays.

With the jobs created, users can then navigate to the Operations module to begin assembling their needed Dispatch orders. Utilizing the available maps features and filtering tools, create the Dispatch and set the field order and layout as needed.

Then, from the “Dispatch Options” display modal, elect to “Create Blend Sheet Report” as a selection from the “Report options” list. As part of the Blend Sheet report setup, include the needed Blender capacity value in lbs and mark if there needs to be “Equal Batches”.

Select the “Submit” button to finalize the Dispatch setup. The system will now create the Dispatch Order ID and process any of the requested reports. The resulting Blend Sheet Report that is created will include the products from the supplied jobs and keep the product order as set within the original job tickets.

Please Note: Identical product rates across the jobs in the dispatch list is required in order to create a blend sheet.
