Chemical Tank Mix Template

The Chemical Tank Mix Template tool allows for creation of crop and location specific tank mixes to be used in chemical work order creation to quickly add a group of products to the order.

Accessing Chemical Tank Mix Template Tool

1. Click the menu icon in the upper right hand corner of FieldAlytics screen.
2. Select "Tools".
3. Select Chemical Tank Mix Template.

Using the Chemical Tank Mix Template tool

Upon loading the tool, any existing templates will be listed. See below for an explanation of the features in this tool.

• Template Filter - Entering type in this box will filter templates by name.
• Crop - This type-to-select box will allow for filtering templates to a specific crop.
• Profile Filter - Can view templated available to All, specific Business Units, or specific Locations.
• Show Inactive - By default inactive templates are hidden, select this checkbox can display them.
• New Template - Starts the creation of a new template, see New Template subsection below for more.
• Template Sort feature - Selecting the up/down arrows at the right of the column headers will allow any column to be sorted either ascending or descending.
• Active - Selecting the word "Active" for the specific template in the Active column allows for inactivation of templates.
• View/Edit - Existing templates can be viewed in detail or modified by selecting the Edit button at the right of a template.

New Template

Selecting the " New Template" button (see above) will display a new window, allowing you to create the new blend of products:

• Template Name - Name the template is saved with, this will be the name selected from within the work order wizard when utilizing templates.
• Location - The profile this template will be saved to, work orders created from growers under the selected location(s) will be able to use this template.
  Please Note: Location selection is required in order to copy from an existing template or add products. Only templates available to the location can be copied, and the product lists are built from products available to the selected location.
• Crop - Type-to-select list to define which crop this group of products is formulated for.
• Copy From Existing Template - Allows you to start from an existing template available to this location. This list can be filtered by crop, and will be automatically filtered if a crop was previously selected. 
• Add Chemicals - The list of available chemicals is populated from the tool, Product Management - Chemicals, select the green + icon to add in a product.
• Add Fertilizers - The list of available fertilizer products is populated from the tool, Product Management - Fertilizers, select the green + icon to add in a product.
