5.1 Release Notes

The FieldAlytics Team is proud to introduce the following new features and performance improvements as part of version 5.1 of FieldAlytics. Click on the links below found within each topic of the release notes summary to learn more about these items. 

Main

Within the Batch Crop Area tool, added functionality has been made available to users to add a Yield Goal per field. With this new functionality communication back to the agronomist of expected yield for writing prescriptions has been made a lot easier. 

A Default Cover Page is now available for users accessing the Master Soil Book. This new cover page option will display the grower name, address, and display an uploaded company logo. More information can be found within our Master Soil Book help documents for the Grower Level, Farm Level, and Field Level.

To help standardize the access point, process and options available to users for Zone creation, an additional input feature has now been added to the Multi-Input Zoning tool that will enable the Cluster Analysis mode when working within this tool. Adding this option within this tool will help ensure users can easily replicate zone creation outputs based on those created within the single data layer Zone creation feature. 

Farm Planning

Based on the growing use of Farm Plans along with the workflow of turning Farm Plans to Work Orders, users now have access to tying an "App Timing" to Chemical and Fertilizer Events. This added feature will greatly help enhance the information and details within the Farm Plan setup process.

Work Order

A new Billable Service filter has been added to Work Orders and Operations pages allowing users to filter to the location and then billable service they would like to filter the page by. Follow along with Filtering Work Orders to see how users can filter for this new addition.  

Modifications to the Saved Rx display modal have now enhanced the viewing options presented to the users to better help with accuracy and efficiency within the selection process. Clients will easily be able to verify year, crop, season zone (if available) and products.

An editable Delivery Summary is now available for Delivery Ticket work orders. Delivery Time, Delivered Materials (Fertilizers, Chemicals, Seeds), and Assets can all be edited from this summary. This also includes any photos and signatures collected within the FieldAlytics Mobile App. Take a look at our Delivery Summary Help Document for more information.

Operations

Having a quick and easy way to see details of a job within operations while dispatching is crucial to the fast paced workflow our users have. For purposes of seeing how long a job has been in the accepted status to ensure it gets dispatched out, users can see any jobs "Accepted Date" within the hover over. 

Tools - Admin

For users with Admin Level permissions, several new updates to the display and functionality of the Un-Delete Admin Tool will now be available. Users will have greater control over the recovery of individual data sets as well as new filtering capabilities while working within the tool.
