Saved Rx Selection to Job
For clients wanting to assign their existing Saved Rx events to a Work Order Job, several new display options are now available to better promote the ease and efficiency within this process.
Getting Started
Navigate to the Work Order module and select the option to "Add Work Order". Ensure that the Job Type is then set to "Fertilizer Application". Then proceed by selecting the appropriate Grower from the available selection or search list. Finalize the action by selecting the "Save" button.
Next, identify the field profile you wish to have the job setup for. Once selected, click on the "Saved Rx" action button found directly under the thumbnail image of the selected field. This will be found over in the right-side action pane.
This selection will now open up the "Select Saved Rx" display modal. Its at this step that users will now begin to see several updates to the organization and display of available Saved Rx events.
For starters, the events will be organized by the associated year they were created within. The Rx Name will then be used as the next display organization method. Within each row, users will also have visibility to the known Crop that was selected for the Rx event, the analysis type used from the Fertility module as well as visibility to the associated products to this event. To finalize you selection, place a checkmark in the box of the desired event and then press the "Select" action button in the lower right portion of the window.

The system will then advance the user to the "Import Saved Rx" display page. At this time, the user will be able to verify the imported products from the selected Saved Rx event as well as see the Average Applied Rate values for each. Select the "Import" button to then finalize this step.
Behind the scenes, the system will automatically assign the stored PDF report from the Saved Rx to the job. Also, the stored shapefile prescription file will also be attached to the job and part of its exportable files (shown below). All remaining steps within the job setup can then be defined such as job options, notifications and defined start/end dates. Remember to select "Save" to finalize the job creation/setup.
