Un-Delete

The Administrative Tool " Un-Delete " may be used to retrieve deleted Profiles and the data-sets stored under them. With the release of v5.0, this Administrative Tool is now more robust providing the admin users expanded capabilities for profile and dataset restoration. Now, profiles and select individual datasets can be restored utilizing this tool.

Accessing and Utilizing the Un-Delete Tool

  1. Click the menu icon in the upper right and select "Administration"
    1. The user profile must be a VAR Admin for "Administration" to be present within the menu
  2. From the Select Tool dropdown, choose "Un-Delete"
    1. Please Note: When the tool is initially loaded, all deleted profiles and datasets are filtered from the list only displaying active profiles.
  3. At this point, the Deleted Profile control can be toggled to "Show" or the user can navigate to the desired profile [1]
  4. Deleted profiles will be displayed with a grey icon to the left of the profile name [2], in the case above we are viewing grower profiles which exist under the location named "Sales"
  5. Use the return icon to restore deleted profiles [3]
  6. Users can navigate all the way down to a field level to delete individual datasets as well, keep in mind as mentioned above that all individual data layers are initially filtered from the tool
  7. Use the "Hide" dropdown to remove desired field layers from the filter
    1. Above you can see all of the available layers that can be undeleted, Yield and Saved Rx layers cannot be undeleted
    2. In the case above, the user would be able to find As-Applied, As-Planted, and Field Sample layers under a profile that had been deleted
  8. Below the user can see that active field "Jen-3" has 4 As-Applied layers that had previously been deleted, use the return icon to restore previously deleted data layers [4]
    1. Keep in mind, you may need to remove the desired layer from the "Hide" list to be able to find the layer you are looking for
