4.6 Release Notes
The FieldAlytics Team is proud to introduce the following new features and performance improvements as part of version 4.6 of FieldAlytics. Click on the links below found within each topic of the release notes summary to learn more about these items.
Work Orders
Within the Mass Update feature on Work Orders, users now have access to functionality that allows them to update the status not only on the WO but the jobs within it in the same batch fashion. This new feature will provide great flexibility and enhanced updating functionality.
New notification alerts will be presented to the users working with the connected KSI Sampling Service within their Soil Sampling Job types. These new alert features will better ensure upfront information for any job delivery errors or issues. Clients can receive this information via emails or direct from the Notification Center console.
The Job Details Page has a new look! The updated interface brings the Job Details page in line with the new Work Order module. With this update Users will now have access to the improved Job History section that displays each edit and status change with a time stamp and the user associated with each change. With release 4.6, the Work Order Job Wizard will receive some returning features from the Legacy version.
- Product organization- Users now have the ability to re-organize products to reflect the desired Tank Mix order. To learn more, our Help Document on Creating Chemical Work Orders will provide further details.
- Mass Update Job Description- Users can now apply a Job Description to all selected fields when creating a Work Order.
Tools
New updates to the Yield Removal Case Tool will enable the defined logic templates to be saved at the Grower profile level. This new feature will help enable clients to have greater local control over the removal logic used within the fertility system without having to change the current default assigned template saved at the location level.
Users now have the ability to select which status they would like to get notified for when it comes to Work Orders by Location. In addition to that, they can also check a box that will send them Kahler alerts or errors. Please see Email Alerts article for step by step navigation on this tool.
