Job Details

The Job Details page is a non-editable summary that users have the option to archive or print a hard copy.

Accessing Job Details

Start by selecting the desired work order and clicking on the drop down on the right side of the job next to Edit [1]. Next select details [2] from the drop-down menu.

Functions within Job Details

Although the Job Details page is a non-editable, there are a few functions available within the page.

  1. Download Archive
  2. Print Job Details
  3. View Version
    1. Clicking Previous will load an older saved version of the job if available
    2. Clicking Next will load a newer saved version of the Job
  4. Current Weather Forecast- Selecting this will display the current weather conditions and a 7-day forecast at the job location. (See image below)
  5. Download Application Files
    1. Please note: Application Files are only available on applicable Work Order types

History

At the bottom of every Job Details page is the History summary. This displays the date and user associated with each edit and status change for the job.
