Once the Work Order is set up, it is created in the "Entered" status. It will not sync with Merchant Ag until it has been updated to be in the "Accepted" status. Once a Work Order is Accepted in FieldAlytics, it displays the corresponding Merchant Ag Batch ID on the job level. Any needed edits will need to be performed on the Merchant Ag side of the integration.
When Merchant Ag integrated work orders are updated to the "Completed" status in FieldAlytics, final adjustment inputs will display. When provided, these inputs will feed the FieldAlytics Records tab, as well as the corresponding Batch in Merchant Ag. The following completion detail updates specifically sync to Merchant Ag when provided by the completing user:
- Updated Product Rates
- Newly added Products and Rates
- Updated units of measure
- Updated job acres or applied acres
- Product total calculations based on acre changes
