Agvance - Soil Sample to Delivery Tickets

For Agvance Connected users, soil sampling jobs just got a whole lot easier to manage. These jobs now flow into the ERP as delivery tickets, helping you stay on top of billing with greater speed and accuracy. Improving the turnaround time from order entry, all the way to invoicing.

Multi-Layer Viewer - Updated to Include PDF Report

The Multi-Layer Viewing tool makes it easy to compare and analyze multiple map layers side by side. Users can load several layer types into a single view, draw custom zones, and instantly see statistics across multiple polygons and data sources at once.

With this latest update, the tool now includes PDF report generation. Users can print their current map view to a professional report that summarizes all zone statistics in a clean table. The report also includes visualizations of the drawn zones, shown both with and without the underlying map layers for added clarity.

In addition, we’ve expanded the list of supported layer types to include Saved Rx layers and the Adapt-N Layer, giving users even more flexibility in the types of data they can bring into their analysis.

These enhancements streamline the process of sharing insights and ensure that zone-based analysis can be easily saved, exported, and communicated with growers, colleagues, or partners.

Load Management Introduction

We’ve added a powerful new Load Management tool to help dispatchers plan and track how many truck loads are needed to fulfill jobs. With this feature, you can assign assets, set capacities, and auto-distribute loads with just a click. Loads update in real time as they move from In Progress to Complete, giving you a clear picture of job progress without impacting billing or job completion. This makes it easier than ever to stay organized, optimize assets, and keep work moving smoothly.

Clean Out Tasks - New Operations

With the 8.7 release, Clean Out task functionality has been migrated to the web platform within the new Operations module. This migration paves the path to making these tasks available within the Mobile application where they are needed the most.

With this, the Asset Maintenance tool has been made available to account admins. Administrative users can now define their own instruction sets based upon the organizations needs to properly facilitate the application of products they have available.

With the introduction to new Operations, multiple Clean Out tasks can be added within a single dispatch list. This allows dispatchers to add multiple Clean Out tasks as needed, and between the appropriate stops by re-ordering the task(s) alongside the application jobs themselves.
