Adding Clean Out Tasks to Dispatch

With the 8.7 release, Clean Out task functionality has been migrated to New Operations. The availability of this functionality post release adds the web component to new Operations prefacing addition to the Mobile app. Clean Out tasks can be added when dispatching jobs to applicators providing instruction to clean out the machine at relevant stages while performing applications. In comparison to legacy Operations functionality, multiple Clean Out tasks can be added within a single dispatch list and moved around following stops at which the machine should be rinsed.

    1. The number of Clean Out tasks on a dispatch list cannot exceed the job count + 1

  3. With the task added to the dispatch list, select an 'Instruction Set'
    1. Instruction Sets can be defined by Admin Users within your organization, see the related article for more information on creating Clean Out instructions
