Work Order - Main Screen

The main screen of the Work Order tab shows all created Work Orders with their individual jobs listed under them. Use this screen to update Work Order statuses, view/print details, send to assets and more. For more help, read below.

Work Order Right Pane

The work order right pane provides a variety of extra features and filtering options for the work order main screen. It also provides a legend for job status, CDMS check and suitability indicators.

[1] - Search Jobs: Allows user to search based on Job Number (not WO number)

[2] - + Work Order: Clicking this link button causes the system to open the "Add Job Wizard" screen that allows for new Work Order and job creation. See various "Creating _____ Work Orders" topics for more help with Add Job Wizard

[3] - Find and: Clicking this button allows the user to access the Find and Replace function. Further documentation for the feature is available here

[4] - Filter: Clicking the filter button (green arrow) opens the "Work Order filter" menu. Further documentation about filtering is available here

[5] - Reports: Opens the Reports feature

[6] - Mass Update Status: Allows user to update multiple job statuses at once. Further documentation can be found here

[7] - Expand Job Details: Expands all Work Orders on the main screen to reveal job details

[8] - Status: Contains the legend for Job Statuses

[9] - CDMS Check: CDMS Check legend

[10] - Suitability: Suitability indicator legend

Work Order Columns

Within the main work order area the following columns are displayed and can be used to sort results:

• Location/Status Icons: If the location is Merchant Ag connected a Red Barn will appear in place of the icon displayed, work order status is displayed as a color next to it
• Work Order: Contains Location name and WO number
• Customer
• Area: Field area and/or billable area
• Asset(s): Assets assigned to this job will appear here
• Entered Date
• User Entered
• Type
• CDMS Check and Suitability Indicator: Clicking the suitability indicator (thumbs up) allows the user to change the suitability of the Work Order

Work Order Expanded Detail

Clicking the corner check to the left of the Location icon on the work order will expand it to reveal full job details. Hovering over the Information icon will provide even more detail including field map, job window and notes
