Merchant Ag - Submission as Liquid vs Dry Blend ID

Users connected to Merchant Ag can control whether Fertilizer and Chemical jobs submitted to Merchant Ag are created with liquid vs dry Merchant blend IDs. On the Options tab within the job wizard, there is an "Is Liquid Blend" section. By default, this selection is unchecked for Fertilizer and Chemical jobs created within FieldAlytics. Leaving this unchecked will submit the job with a dry blend ID, placing a checkmark in this box will submit the job with a liquid blend ID.
