Unassociated Data

All data uploaded through the LINK software that does not have a boundary will go into the Unassociated Data tool. To use the Unassociated Data Tool, create a boundary for the data, then use the following help sections.

Accessing Unassociated Data Tool

  1. Click the menu icon in the upper right hand corner of FieldAlytics screen.
  2. Click "Tools".
  3. The system opens "Tools" menu window. Use drop-down menu to select "Unassociated Data"

Viewing Unassociated Data

  1. Select either: "Logged Data Association" (which will query all uploads made by the same user account as currently logged in) or "Other Users Logged Data Association"
  2. If "Logged Data Association" is selected, the system will populate any Unassociated Data looking back 90 days.
  3. The screen will refresh will all data types available, separated by type(As-Applied, As-Planted, or Yield).  
  4. If "Other Users Logged Data" was selected, a specific user must now be selected
  5. The screen will refresh will all data types available for the User, separated by type(As-Applied, As-Planted, or Yield).
  6. Expand the data folders to the data segments of interest. Select all data segments that belong to a complete data set[1].
  7. Click "Display Selected Data"[2] at any time to have the map display the color-coded data.
  8. From here, the displayed data may be deleted by selecting "Delete Selected Data"[3]

Associating Data To a Field

  1. The "Resync All Unassociated"[5] can be used to reprocess bulk amounts of Unassociated Data if Boundaries have been created for the data to associate. Please Note: This can only be performed once every 30 days per User 
  2. Data sets for Individual fields may be moved to a field if a boundary has been added, by clicking "Add/Select a Field"[4]
  3. The "Select a Field" window will open. Either select field from the list compiled of suggested profiles[6] in the system, or Create the specific field for the data by filling out all of the profile selection fields and name[7]
  4. If creating a new Field use the "Draw Polygon" or "Draw a Circlemaker"[8] to create the boundary by placing points.
  5. Click "Save Boundary"[9] when completed with boundary
  6. Once field is selected, select "Associate Data to Field"[10] to move the data to that field. To Edit the boundary click "Edit Boundary"[11] and to unselect the field boundary click "Clear Field"[12]
  7. The "Edit Boundary"[11] button may be used to adjust the boundary to contain more of the data by clicking "Edit Boundary" and adjust the boundary in the same method as anywhere else in the system.
