Account

The "Account" utility can be used to set up default unit measure, default tab, and lab check-in sheet defaults for both FieldAlytics Web system and Explorer App. See further help below.

Please Note: Changes within the Account utility window take effect only for the user account logged in at the time of the change.


Accessing Account Tool

  1. Click the menu  icon in the upper-most right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Select the "Account" option

  3. The system opens the "Account" utility window, with the "User Profile" tab open


User Profile

  • User Profile information for the user account logged in can be updated and the user can change their password in this tab.

  • A signature may also be uploaded in the User Profile by clicking on Upload Signature and signing within the new window with the computers mouse. Future updates will add further functionality for user signatures.



Preferences 

  • Units: Selecting a preferred unit of measure takes hold for the user account logged in, anywhere in the system that allows user set defaults to supersede Location based preferences.
  • Default C.D.M.S. Chemical List: Selecting country will populate the appropriate C.D.M.S Chemical List.
  • Select Default Tab: Selecting a tab here causes the system to open on the tab selected upon logging in.
  • Default Grid Size: Changes the users default soil sampling grid size

  • Click "Save" to accept the Preferences changes.

Fertility 

Fertility Defaults: Products selected will pre-populate in Fertility request forms when corresponding elements are added to the Fertility request

  • Select an "Element"[1] 
  • Then select a product[2], then click green check mark[3] to save the selection. Please Note: The info icon[3] provides the list of Element(s)/Product(s) setup to default

Lab Check In Defaults: Input information will pre-populate Lab-Check-In sheet request forms. 

  • Entry fields (Lab, Lab Packages, Account #, and Sample Depth)[4] set up default entries in the system wherever lab check-in options appear
  • Select any desired information and click the "Save" button.

Fertility Crop Defaults: Input information will pre-populate Lab-Check-In sheet request forms.

  • Entry fields (plus Crop, Yield Goals, and Target pH input fields)[5] set up default entries in the system wherever lab check-in options appear

Please Note: Users can find "Web" notifications with the mail icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

  • Select any desired information and click the "Save" button.


Work Orders


Work Order Page size: This option determines the number of work orders displayed on each page with the Work Order Module open. 

Work Order Default View: This option applies a Work Order Filter Template to the Work Order Module. See Filtering Work Orders for help creating and saving a template.

Job Wizard Dynamic Footer: This controls what is displayed in the right button of the dynamic footer within the job wizard. The dynamic footer is present in the profile selection tab and allows users to update each field in batch fashion for one of the following options: Job Description, Remove all, or Sensitive Crops.

  • Select any desired information and click the "Save" button.

Operations

Operations Default View: This option applies Operation Filter Templates to the Operations Module. See Operations Filtering for help creating and saving a template.

  • Select any desired information and click the Save button

Licenses

The Licenses tab allows users to input and store license information. Future updates will add more functionality for use of the license information throughout FieldAlytics.

  • Click on + License to add a new License for the user
  • Users must provide information for all attributes to be able to save a license
    • License Type
      • Currently only for Certified Crop Advisor, Pest Control Advisor, and Pesticide Applicator
    • Issuing Agency
    • State/ Province
    • License Number
    • Expiration Date
    • Categories
      • Multiple options may be selected for the Categories box
