Operations Dispatch and Dispatch Log
Operations tab is primarily for viewing Work Orders spatially in order to arrange them into Dispatch Lists which can be sent to machine or personnel assets for completion.

Adding Jobs to Dispatch Lists
Jobs can be added to Dispatch lists from the Work Order list in the left pane of the Operations tab, or from the pins on the map, representing the same jobs.
Adding Jobs to Dispatch from Work Order List
- Select Job(s) from the Work Order list on the left pane [1].
Please Note: By default only Accepted, Assigned, Prepared, In-Process and On-Hold will display in the Operations tab, other statuses can be viewed by applying a Filter [2]. - Select Mass Add to Dispatch [3] at the top of the left pane.
- Mass Add to Dispatch prompt will display, select "OK".
- Dispatch will display Jobs in the right pane.
Please Note: Dispatch will need saved before it is assigned a dispatch list number and included on the Dispatch Log. See below section Dispatch Options.
Adding Jobs to Dispatch from Map
- Add a single job by clicking on the map pin [4] that represents the desired Job, or use the rectangle selection tool [5], select an area containing job(s) to be added.
- Select Add Stop to Dispatch [6] or Add Selected to Dispatch, depending on job selection method above, to add job(s) to the current Dispatch.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all desired jobs have been added to the current Dispatch, displayed in the right pane.

Dispatch Drop-Down
- The Dispatch selection in the right pane of the Operations tab is used for building a new Dispatch List or editing a previously saved Dispatch List.
- Jobs are listed in the order they are added to the Dispatch, however they can be reordered by clicking and dragging the jobs up or down the list.
- Jobs can be removed by selecting the red X [7] to the right of the job.
- Assets can be assigned using Assign/Edit [8] on the Dispatch, this will allow asset(s) to be selected for this Dispatch.
Please Note: As asset assignment is primarily used to send files/jobs to equipment or personnel, equipment will need need set up with a means of sending files, such as an API and personnel will need the email address used to access Mobile. See Creating and Managing Assets for more. - Once added assets may be removed by selecting the red X [9] to the right of the asset.
- "Clear" [10] will remove all jobs/assets from the current Dispatch
- "Save" [11] will save current dispatch and export the saved dispatch to the Dispatch Log as well as display a pop-up of additional dispatch options:
- Asset Option(s): This option, when checked, will send files/notifications via the assets wireless system or to the email address associated with the asset.
- Job Option(s):
- Selecting "Blender Configuration" will open a Blender Configuration window prompting the selection of a previously configured blender.
- Selecting "Set job status to Assigned" will update the job status for each job in the Dispatch List, certain statuses may be optionally excluded from this action.
- Selecting "Export Dispatch List Boundaries" will produce either shapefiles or combined shapefiles representing all jobs in the Dispatch List.
- Selecting "Create Clean Out Task" allows for the inclusion of a previously defined clean out task, see v3.83 release notes for more information pertaining to clean out tasks.
- Report Option(s): Selections in this section will modify how the PDF report is generated.
Please Note: Selecting none of the options, and clicking "Submit" causes a pdf report window to open that contains and over-view map of all the dispatch fields selected, then a separate page that lists all the stops, the work order name and job they are associated with, and their respective lat/lon coordinates.- Selecting "Use Field Reference Numbers" causes the overview map and stop breakdown sections to be labeled with system generated reference numbers, instead of field names.
- Selecting "Include Product Requirements" adds additional information to the second page of the Dispatch PDF listing each product used in the Dispatch, as well as area and amount used.
- Selecting "Include Work Order PDF report" causes all the Work Order PDF reports associated with the work orders selected for the Dispatch List.
- Selecting "Create Tank Mix Report" produces an on-the-fly tank mix sheet based on rate and tank size.
- Selecting "Email Report" check box causes the report to be delivered by email, and opens an "Additional Email(s)" input field to display.
- The Limit to Selected Dispatch check box [12], when checked will zoom the map to view only those jobs added to this Dispatch.
Dispatch Log Drop-Down
Dispatch lists saved with the Dispatch drop-down will be stored within the "Dispatch Log" drop-down.
- Clicking the "Refresh" at the top of the dispatch log, refreshes all the statuses and jobs within the saved dispatch lists.
- Clicking "Show Completed" shows any dispatch lists that completed (or higher) job statuses from the last 30 days.
- Dispatch Lists are listed with newest at the bottom of the list.
- Under any saved Dispatch List, an overview of the included jobs as well as available actions are listed. Selecting a job from the list of stops will show additional Job Details for this stop.
- "Options" Opens the Dispatch Options window, see the "Save" section of the Dispatch Options sub-section above.
- "Edit" Places this saved Dispatch back in the Dispatch drop-down for editing, see the Dispatch Options sub-section above.
- "Delete" Removes this Dispatch List from the Dispatch Log.
Job Detail Drop-Down
The Job Detail drop down on the right pane will allow for a quick view of the details in single job, the last selected job from the work order list in the left pane is the job that will display here. For more information on the Job Detail drop-down, see the help topic: Operations Job Details.
Please Note: Job details can also be displayed using the info icon from the work order list in the left pane, by selecting Show Job Details after clicking on any map pin, or by selecting a job from a dispatch list in the Dispatch Log drop-down.
