Enable Dashboard

When Enable users log into FieldAlytics Mobile, they are greeted with a Dashboard displaying useful information. Each section of this document will go through each tile of the FieldAlytics Enable Dashboard.

Profiles

In FieldAlytics Enable, the Profiles feature lets users choose a specific grower profile.

Once a grower is selected, the dashboard customizes its display, filtering information across all tiles to show only data relevant to that grower. Additionally, selecting a grower unlocks access to more tiles, providing a comprehensive and tailored view of the relevant information.

Activity

In the Enable Dashboard, the Activity section provides an overview of Jobs, including the total number of Upcoming and Completed Jobs and their respective acreage. Initially, this section aggregates Jobs across all grower profiles linked to a user. However, it narrows down to display information for a selected grower profile. By clicking on the Activity tile, users can view detailed information for each job. This varies by job type: Application jobs show field data and boundaries, while delivery tickets include pickup methods. All job types display the product used, total quantity, and application rate. Additionally, users can switch between Upcoming and Completed Jobs and filter them by Job Type for more specific insights.

Sales Goals

The Sales Goals tile in the FieldAlytics platform is a specialized feature designed to provide a clear comparison between set categorical sales goals and actual sales achievements. This analytical tool is invaluable for sales agronomists and managers, offering real-time insights into sales performance. Users with Administrator privileges can establish and modify these sales goals using the newly introduced Sales Goal Setup tool within the FieldAlytics web application. This user-friendly setup tool allows for precise goal-setting tailored to specific business needs.

Furthermore, the Sales Goals tile harnesses transactional data sourced directly from Merchant Ag and Agvance systems. This integration ensures that the information displayed is both accurate and up-to-date, allowing sales agronomists to effortlessly monitor their progress against set goals throughout the sales season. By doing so, it provides a passive yet powerful means of tracking, helping sales teams to stay informed and strategically aligned with their targets. This feature is not just a tracking tool; it's a strategic asset that helps fine-tune sales strategies and achieve business objectives more effectively.

Tapping on the Sales Goals tile will bring users to an expanded view of the Sales Goals graph. This graph is currently limited to Agronomy only. Tap on each bar to view the Goal Amount or Amount Sold. From here, users may also access data from integrated Sales Opportunity tool. Tap on the Location box and select a Location to continue.

This portion of the Sales Goals tile will display a graph showcasing the Sales Opportunity for the given Location. Users may change the Fiscal Year that is displayed within the graph, or select a grower to get an in depth breakdown of each category and product that relates to the Sales Opportunity for that grower.

Calls to Action

The Calls to Action tile in FieldAlytics acts as a dynamic digital to-do list for sales agronomists, presenting personalized informational prompts based on custom triggers they set within the platform. Leveraging FieldAlytics' powerful integration of spatial and transactional data, users can craft tailored if-then-else statements that align with their specific interactions with growers. Examples of such custom triggers include:

  • "We made a prescription for this grower within Fertility, but we never made a work order."
  • "As-planted data exists for this grower, but we never sold them seed."
  • "We last sampled this field three years ago; we need to talk to this grower about our sampling packages this Fall."
  • "The grower just prepaid for 50,000 lbs of Dap; we need to go make fertilizer work orders that use their prepay dollars."
  • "We made a farm plan for a burndown application for this grower; we need to make the chemical work orders from them.

Tapping on the Calls to Action tile will display all Calls to Action, sorted by the grower. Each task will be denoted by Complete, In Process, or Not Started status.
