Agvance ERP Blend Ticket Syncing

Connected Agvance ERP users have the option to enable Blend Ticket syncing from the Agvance ERP. If enabled any blend ticket created in Agvance for a connected grower will create a record in FieldAlytics for compliance purposes. Enabling FieldAlytics users to have one central system of record for their compliance needs independent of where the work originated. Note that this is only needed for blend tickets created in Agvance, if the work order originated from FieldAlytics, then a record will be created from standard user workflows.


Record Creation from Agvance Blend Ticket

A user may enable this functionality at the Agvance ERP connection. Access the setting by selecting "Connect 3rd Party ERP" via the Tools menu. Then select your ERP provider, Agvance and finally select the Agvance database that you wish to add this configuration. Check the box titled " Create Records from batches not originated from FieldAlytics." Then save you changes.

Once enabled, FieldAlytics will query the connected Agvance databases that have this option enabled and look at all invoiced blend tickets from the previous 24 hours. If FieldAlytics identifies any blend tickets for connected growers then we will create the record for the application event within the records module. 

Please note that Agvance ERP products must be set up in order for records to be created.
