Agvance ERP Crop Linkage

Users of the FieldAlytics-Agvance Integration must map crops between the two systems. This will enable FieldAlytics to properly communicate crop type to Agvance when sending Work Orders to the ERP. Users usually complete this mapping after initial connection to the ERP and only need to modify it if additional crops are added within the Agvance ERP. 

Creating a FieldAlytics Crop Type Mapping

Within the "Connect 3rd Party ERP" tool. Select your previously connected Agvance database. Then Select "Crop Setup".

Within the "Crop Setup" tool users will be presented with a list of all available crops that exist within the connected Agvance database. This list is updated nightly. In both the FieldAlytics and CDMS crop columns map what Agvance crop maps to the crops in each respective column. In the example below Agvance "Corn" has been mapped to the FieldAlytics crop of "Corn" and the CDMS crop of "Corn/Field". Not all crops need to be mapped, just the ones you which to create work orders for in the future. When mapping has been completed select the "Save" button to store your changes.
