Multi-Grower Farm Field Map

A Multi-Grower Farm/Field Map may be generated on the Location level. Read Help steps and functionality explanations below.

1. Simply click the PDF icon within the Main tab Navigation Tree on the Location level. 
2. Once clicked, the system opens "Summary Reports" menu window. Use the drop down menu to select "Multi-Grower Farm/Field Map" Then click "Submit".

3. The system opens "Farm/Field Book Options" menu window. Expand the upper portion of the form to select entire growers,

4. Make any additional selections desired and click . Report will be delivered by email to the login email address. select specific farms or fields.

Farm/Field Book Options Explained

  • One Field Per Page: Selecting this option causes the Farm/Field Map book to create separate map pages per field instead of the combined map. 
  • Use DMS format for Centroids: This option causes the field centroids to use Degrees, Minutes, Seconds format for field centroids instead of Decimal Degrees.
  • Show Field Labels On Map: Selecting this option causes Field Labels to be shown in text on the Field Map(s).
  • Additional Emails: Inputting additional email addresses into the "Additional Emails" input fields causes additional copies of the report to be emailed to the input addresses.
