Batch Rx

The Batch Rx tool may be used to run existing Fertility Templates against any profile location desired. Additionally, Batch Rx resulting rx files will list under the Saved Rx folders for each field concerned, and within the Batch Rx tool itself, where they may be exported within a single file.

Things to know before using:

1. A Fertility Template must be created in the Fertility Tab and saved.

Creating New Batch Rxs

Within either Main or Fertility tabs, expand the profile tree down to the Location Level
Left Click on the Batch Rx level will prompt the previously run Batch Rx to be displayed beneath.
Right click over the Batch Rx folder to reveal "Run Batch Rx" menu.
Click "Run Batch Rx"
The system opens the "Run Batch Rx Data" window
Input a name for the Batch[1]
Select a template[2]
Expand the profiles within the "Select Profiles"[3] section and select the needed Location, Growers, Farms, or even individual fields desired.
(Optional) Finished batch results send emails upon completion to the user name logged in at the time of Batch creation. Input any additional emails[4] needed for Batch results emails.
Click "Run"[5]

Batch Rx Template Options

After a template has been selected in the "Run Batch Rx Data" window, the following options appear :
Delete: Click this to delete the selected template.

Edit: Click this to edit the selected template.
Copy: Click this to copy the selected template.

What to Expect from Batch Rx Exports

New Batches created will list within the Location level Batch Rx Tool folder.
Batches created save individually under each field, within their "Saved Rx" folders
Batches may be exported in shape file or Controller file formats
Fields from a batch may be chosen in any configuration
Fields selected may be exported in a single file with in the Save Batch Rx Data window

Creating Batch Rx Controller/Shape Files

Expand the Location level Batch Rx Folder within the Main tab
Click the specific saved Batch Entry desired.
The system loads "Save Batch Rx Data" window, with all fields included in the batch listed within the window. See image on below
Select all desired fields by checking their corresponding check boxes [1]
Select desired file type from "Save As", drop down menu. [2]

Export - Allows for the export of Controller files/Shape Files
PDF - Allows for the export of the Saved Rx PDF

If choosing "Export" in step 5, select controller format type from "Export As" drop-down menu. [3]
Click Export. [4]
Export zip file will be delivered within a separate browser window.

Saved Batch Rx Data Window Options Explained

Template Tab: Clicking the "Template:" tab on the upper right side of the Save Batch Rx Data window allows for the Template details being utilized within the Batch to be viewed
Email Results: Normally Batch Rx exports are delivered within a separate "live" browser window.
File Name for Export: Inputting a name within this input field applies the name provided within the name of the zip file generated, and upon the individual files generated.
Merge check box: When "Export" is chosen within the "Save As" drop-down menu, the Merge check box becomes selectable. Upon selecting Merge check box, resulting exports come within a single controller file.
Select All Button: Clicking the "Select All" button causes all fields within the Saved Batch Rx Data window to become selected for the export.
