The FieldAlytics team is excited to introduce the following new features into version 1.40 of the FieldAlytics Mobile app as part of our upcoming feature release.

Engage

Farm Plans

The new Farm Plan tile within FieldAlytics Engage is a view-only feature designed to benefit growers by providing easy access to farm plans for each field. It includes a categorical summary view that breaks down all submitted expenses and an event view that lists all events along with their expense details. By enabling growers to see the farm plan for each field for the year, this tool enhances farm management and financial tracking, offering a comprehensive overview of their farming operations.

Leads Tile

The new Leads tile in FieldAlytics Enable empowers users to efficiently manage potential clients by allowing them to create leads with contact information and basic client details. Users can set the status of each lead as active, inactive, or successful, facilitating easy tracking and management of lead progress. Additionally, Interactions can be recorded for each lead that includes a Details section, along with the option to add photos, providing a comprehensive view of each lead's history and current status.

Account Tile- Notes

The new Notes section within the Account tile of FieldAlytics Enable enhances grower management by allowing users to add and organize notes and note folders for each grower. This feature provides a streamlined way to keep track of important information, interactions, and updates, ensuring that all relevant details are easily accessible and well-organized. By facilitating better information management, the Notes section helps users maintain comprehensive records and improve their overall efficiency in managing grower accounts.

Work Orders

Soil Sampling

The latest updates to the Soil Sampling Work Order creation within FieldAlytics Mobile bring the mobile functionality in line with the web app. Users can now utilize the most recent directed sample for their soil analysis. Additionally, new attributes have been added, including package and depth selections, as well as lab recommendations tailored to specific crops. These enhancements streamline the soil sampling process, making it more comprehensive and user-friendly for users utilizing FieldAlytics Mobile for Work Order creation.

Tissue Sampling

The updates to Tissue Sampling on FieldAlytics Mobile now align the attributes for Crop and Growth Stage with the latest web app enhancements. Additionally, to improve ease of use and efficiency while collecting samples, once a growth stage is selected for the first sample, it automatically populates for each subsequent sample. These improvements streamline the tissue sampling process, making it quicker and more user-friendly for users in the field.
