Adapt-N Recommendation Summary PDF Report

To better expose the information and details associated to the Rx event, users can elect to download the Adapt-N Recommendation PDF report. Once a new Adapt-N Recommendation is completed, FieldAlytics will now automatically request the PDF report. If there is no PDF available, simply select the "Request Report" action button found at the bottom of the histogram display.

Once the user has selected the report request option, the system will provide a feedback notice indicating that the request has been successfully sent off to the API integration service.

When complete, the report will then show within the Notification Center Utility under the "Adapt-N" category listing. For any fields with completed report requests, the Rx event date, full profile identity as well as the "Download PDF" link will appear within the notification.

If users wish to save the PDF report to the associated field, they can elect to Download and Save the PDF. Then add the saved document to the field via the "Add Data / Documents" option found at the field level.

Completed report requests will also appear in the bottom right corner of the histogram of the Adapt-N Recommendation. Click on Adapt-N Rx Report to download the pdf.
