Applicator Rx Summary Report

The Applicator Rx Summary Report is a fusion of the Saved Rx report and the field map report, that does not include pricing on products. This new report can be found in three separate areas in FieldAlytics.

Main- Saved Rx

Start by navigating the profile tree to a desired Saved Rx. Once the Saved Rx has been loaded, select App Report from the Prescriptions legend in the upper right corner of the map.

Next users must set the Map Radius Buffer from the dropdown menu, as well as add any additional emails for the report to be sent. The Map Radius Buffer controls the viewable area around the field in the report. Click Submit to generate the Report.

Applicator Rx Summary Reports generated from a saved Rx will appear in the Notifications Center at the top of the page. Select the newly created report and click on the PDF link.

Work Orders

Work Orders created with a Saved Rx have two separate areas to find the Applicator Rx Summary Report.

Users can find the Applicator Summary report saved Work Orders. Click Edit on an existing job that has been created with a Saved Rx and navigate to Attached Files in the Options tab.

The report will be denoted with ApplicatorRx.pdf at the end of the file name. Click on the file to download.

Alternatively, users may add the Applicator Rx Summary to the Work Order PDF Options.

Expand the job list of a Work Order and click on the menu next to Edit and select Work Order PDF Options. Next select Include Applicator Rx Details and set the Field Map Radius Buffer. Select Confirm to finish.
