Why am I not receiving emailed reports, status updates, etc?
If you have requested reports or other communication from within the software, and are not getting the expected email, first verify that the email is not being sent to your spam/junk email folder. If this is the case, adding the email domain @efcsystems.net to your safe sender list will allow these emails through.
You can also check the Account settings to verify the specific request is set to be emailed and not being defaulted to your notification center.
Less common, but possible, is we have made multiple attempts to send to your email address, but were unable to, and have therefore suppressed this email address. For example, if you attempted to create a FieldAlytics account first, then created the email address. If this is the case, contact support and we can get the email removed from the suppression list and working again.
