Job Editing Restrictions
Administrators now have another option to limit a users ability to edit Work Orders. The new function within the User Admin allows the restriction of editing Work Orders after the job has been assigned.
To access this new feature, start by navigating to the menu in the top right corner of the screen and select Administration.
Within the Administration window, click in the Select Tools menu and select User Admin. Next, click on the desired user and navigate to the advanced permissions tab. Now within Advanced Permissions, select Cannot Edit Jobs Once Assigned. Click Save Changes when done.
