Easy Automation Blender Setup

Setting up the Blender Asset in FieldAlytics

  • Navigate to the Assets tab within FieldAlytics
  • Right click on the profile level in which you would like to setup the blender(s)
    • Situationally, considerations need to be taken operationally as to which profile level the blender(s) will be setup at. Most users utilizing this integration will set the blenders up at the location level.
  • Click 'Add Asset Folder' the name the asset folder and then click 'Add'
  • Right click on the new asset folder name and select 'Add Asset'
  • Name the asset ("Dry Blender 2" for instance) and select Asset Type: Blender Dry or Blender Liquid under the Points of Interest section (this will depend on whether the blender is dry or liquid) the click 'Add'
  • The name entered here within FieldAlytics will be used to select when submitting the blender to the Easy Automation interface
  • Left click on the newly added blender and click 'Edit asset......'
  • First click on the Manufacturer box and select Easy Automation
  • Next select the red cogs next to Easy Auto Config
    • Within the Blender Configuration window, users will need to enter their account name, password, and the URL port for the specific location of the blender.
    • Click Submit to continue
  • Enter the blender information as it pertains to the blender being setup

A few things to mention:

  • Asset Owner should be entered as the organization which owns the blender
  • Asset Id will be referenced within the Easy Automation interface to cross reference the submitted orders
  • Capacity will be utilized when compiling blend sheets
  • If the organization would like, Wireless System can be set to 'Manual Tracking' to manually define the physical location of the blender
  • Alternative map icons can be selected to represent the blender from the list of pre-defined icons available
  • Address, Phone, Primary Contact, and Wireless System are all optional inputs for the blender
  • Click 'Save' when all information is input as it pertains to the blender, the blender is now setup to submit orders
