5.6 Release Notes
The FieldAlytics Team is proud to introduce the following new features and performance improvements as part of version 5.6 of FieldAlytics available Monday, November 21st. Click on the links below found within each topic of the release notes summary to learn more about these items.
Fertility
Rx Management
The Saved Rx Management tool is an exciting new feature for users released to FieldAlytics designed to make working and interacting with the Saved Rx events simple and quick! Rx Management brings a brand new interface available at select profile levels that allows users to apply a multitude of filters to search for and select Rx's to Export, Update Statuses, provide map-based previews and even gives users the ability to delete multiple Saved Rx events simultaneously. With an extensive exporting tool, users can customize file formats, structures and add custom names to each file exported.
Lab Check-in Sheet Updates
Many new updates have been added to the functionality of the Lab Check-in Sheet report designed to provide users much needed flexibility and ease within the Sample reporting to the labs.
- Report updates that will limit the maximum number of samples to one sheet to 30 lines to coincide with the expected number of samples to fit in one box.
- Reports will include a details header to every page of the report with all information relevant to the sampling event, including QR/Bar codes.
- Added a new feature when printing a Lab Check-in Sheet at the field level that allows users to choose the number of samples to be included on the first page of the report in case of the need to back fill a partial sample box.
Work Orders
CDMS Full Check
The newly added CDMS full check is now available for users creating Chemical and Fertilizer Application Work Orders. The new full check is an optional new feature that allows the input of more information pertaining to field information, applicator information, and targeted pests that allows CDMS to perform a more expansive check on the application.
Profile Selection
Ease of use is the key component with the new updates to Profile Selection for Work Orders. Field boundaries and Season Zone boundaries are now completely separated. Users now have the ability to toggle between both types of boundaries with the click of a button allowing for a cleaner, more organized approach to selecting the correct boundaries for Work Order creation.
Profile Permissions
Located within the User Admin, Administrators are now able to limit specific users ability to edit jobs. Selecting this new advanced permission, will deny that user the ability to edit a job once it has been assigned.
Integrations
Easy Automation
In an effort to accommodate the technology being used by more organizations, we are happy to announce that Easy Automation Blenders are now integrated with FieldAlytics, and can be created as an asset.
AgVance Blender Attributes
FieldAlytics's integration continues to expand with the Agvance ERP system. Additional attributes are now available to be recorded and communicated to the Agvance ERP, further reducing double entry and creating efficiency.
