Yield Book
A Yield Book may be run from the Grower and Farm levels, and can produce a detailed report for yield data events for a given year. See steps below.
Generating a Yield Book
- Within the Main tab, select any Grower or Farm containing fields with yield events. The Yield Book report is available within the right pane under the "Reports" button. Click Reports and choose Yield Book from the dropdown provided.
- The system opens "Yield Books" window, pictured below.

Select "Submit" to email to the logged in user and any additional email addresses.
Yield Data Summary Options Explained
- Limit to Fields: Checking this option opens the profile selection tree. Select any field(s) to include in the report.
- Select Commodities: Allows for the selection any specific available commodities as well as quickly selecting all commodities.
- Year: Yield Book can only be run against one year of data at a time. Select desired year.
- Report Options
- Use Interpolated Maps: Smoothed interpolated map is defaulted, un-check to use a raw coverage map.
- Include Grower Summary: Selecting this option causes the report to include totals for the Grower level.
Please Note: This option is only available for a Grower level report request. - Create Single Panel Maps: Selecting any of the below options will include a single page map for the data from the yield layer:
- Yield
- Moisture
- Elevation
- Speed
- Create Multi-Panel Maps - Selecting this option will include a single page report for each yield layer containing a larger Yield map, then a smaller Moisture, Elevation, and Speed map.
- Create Map of Farms/Fields Color Coded by Commodity: This option creates a farm level map with fields color coded by crop.
- Include Farm Overview Map of Yield Data: This option includes a simplified yield map for an entire farm.
- Include a Table Summarizing Data by Farm and Commodity: This option inserts a Yield Data Summary by Farm sheet into the Yield Book
- Include Individual Field Data: Selecting this option causes the report to include totals for individual fields.
