Resampling Summary

The Resampling Summary report, available at multiple profile levels, is a simple report that lists fields that have not been sampled within a selected time range.

Accessing the Resampling Summary report

Select either the profile "PDF" icon or the Grower or Farm "Reports" button:

Then select "Resampling Summary" from the next window.

Options Explained:

• Report Period: The Period Start and Period End provides a date range input to capture the timeframe for which fields do not need to be resampled. For example the image above, Report Period range of "2020-01-01 to 2023-10-13 will exclude all fields sampled within this time period, subsequently producing a report including all Fields with samples older than 2020-01-01 and/or Fields that have never been sampled.
• Additional email(s): an additional email may be input, if desired.
  • Please Note: The delivery of the report will follow the requesting users "Accounts>Notifications" for delivery to Web(Notification Center) and/or Email.
• This report is available in both PDF and Excel files, Excel is selected by default

What to Expect:

All fields will be listed that are devoid of field samples within the selected time range. Basic profile information for the fields will also be listed starting at the Grower. When there are historical field samples present in the field, the most recent date along with the source lab is listed. When the fields have never had a sample layer in place, this is blank and the "Has Data" column displays "No".
