Batch Crop Area to Management Zone Creation

As the continued establishment and utilization of Assigned Crops/Crop Areas grows, new user tools to easily work with and define other data set layers from these defined areas are now available.

Clients who have either field level or sub-field defined crop areas can easily transition these data sets to Management Zone layers to enable utilization and functions specifically defined and available for this data type.

From the Crop Area Management tab, users will define their assigned crops and any needed sub-field conditions for situations where more than 1 crop is required. Once created, the user can then easily select any number of field (or All) and then select the hamburger menu action button. Beyond the existing tool options to apply either select or all attributed defined to other selected fields, the user will also now see an option to "Apply Conversion Function to All Selected".

Select this text option to then expose the "Management Zone Conversion" modal. The user will be presented with an option then to "Name" the Mgmt Zone layer(s) that the system will be generating.

After selecting the "Submit" button, the system will then process the request and generate a newly created Management Zone layer under each field within the selection.

From the Main tab, go into any field profile from the previous selection and within the Mgmt Zone data folder, a new layer will show with the provided name given in the previous tool page.

Beyond just the crop name and area passing over, the system will also bring over the defined Yield Goal value entered into the Batch Crop Area tool.

Easily then add any needed additional "Data Columns" or modify the values to meet the need for this new zone layer. Fertilizer Rx layer, Yield by Management Zone reports or any other system functions are then available for use against these established layers.
