Applicator Summary Report
The Applicator Summary Report within Work Orders allows users to view acre reporting on a deeper level. Acre Bonuses? This report will generate exactly what users need to see to distribute accordingly.
Accessing the Applicator Summary Report
The new reporting allows users to filter by App Timing, multiple WO Statuses, and also shows jobs grower farm field associated. Billable acres vs. Completed acres is also apart of this new functionality. To access this report, navigate to the Work Order tab, then from the right pane, select Reports. Select "Applicator Summary":
Report Selections Explained
For better understanding of the modal that generates said report, please see the key below.
- Include Detailed Applicator Summary - Show all jobs with their information pertaining to that asset.
- Include Job Detail Summary - Goes into more detail for each personnel and asset showing the area by job status and products applied.
- Group By
- Location - If "Location" is chosen as the users group by option, the report will generate as Location, the personnel then the acres completed by that personnel chosen.
- Personnel and Equipment - If selected the report will run as personnel or equipment chosen, location following with the acres per status that was selected.
- Status - Allows users to select which statuses they would like to filter for per personnel.
- Application Timing - Select which App Timing users would like to see the personnel acres filtered by on this report.
- Assets - To run this report for personnel or equipment, users will need to expand the tree to select which assets they would like this ran for.
Example Generation of Report
To group the report by location, then personnel following, users need to choose the "Group By Location" circle selection. Next is choosing the statuses the user would like to filter for on this report as well as the date range they would like this report ran for. Along with statuses to filter for, users can select certain App Timings they would like to see within the personnel report as well. The last step is loading assets within the tree to choose which personnel this report needs to be run with. Load the tree, click 1. personnel, 2. choose the applicators they would like to see the acre summary for. PLEASE NOTE: The "Completed Acres" column is populated based on the "Applicator Acres" inputted on the Application Summary when completing a Job on Mobile.
