Records
Records Overview
Records can be created and viewed at each the Grower, Farm, and Field levels. Currently the Records tab will display and have the option to create new records for the following categories:
- Chemical
- Commodity Sale
- Fertilizer
- Harvest
- Irrigation
- Tillage
To view/ edit records start by navigating to the desired level within the Profiles tab (Grower, Farm, or Field). Next click on the red notepad icon at the top of the screen
The records displayed are relevant to the Profile level selected and year. To change the year of records displayed click on previous or next near the top of the page. [1] To view/ edit select the desired entry to show the record. [2] All fields can be edited if desired. If needed, click save in the upper right corner to finish.
Creating Records
To create a Record click the + in the upper right corner of the screen. [3] Next select the desired type of record from the drop down list. [4]
Start by filling out the initial record information. When the record is first created, the options will be the same for every record type (Name, Record Date, Fields, Area, Comments, Add Asset, Add Personnel, and Select Attributes). 
More detailed options pertaining to the selected record type will only be available after a field(s) is selected. To add a field to the record click in the box labels Fields [5] and select the desired field(s) from the new window. [6]
Fill out all desired categories to complete the record. Click Save to finish.
Importing Weather
Like in the web version of FieldAlytics, users can import the current weather into a record. To import weather click on the ... at the top of the screen [7] within a record and select import weather. [8]
Imported weather displays Ambient Temperature, Wind Speed, and Wind Direction at the time of import as show below.
Finalizing Events
Users have the ability to finalize a created record from FieldAlytics mobile. Once a record is finalized it cannot be edited. Users can finalize a record by clicking on the ... at the top of the screen [9] and selecting Finalize Event. [10]
A notification will prompt asking whether the user wishes to finalize the event and stating that the event cannot be edited after finalization. Click yes to continue and finalize the event. 
The event will now be displayed as finalized. The record can still be viewed within FieldAlytics Mobile, but cannot be edited further.
