Dispatch List Blend Sheet

Users working with the dispatch lists on the mobile application will now have some added reporting functionality to better assist them. Under each dispatch list, a "Report" action button option is available to the user. Mobile users will now have the ability to generate a Blend Sheet report for all fertilizer jobs within the dispatch list ensuring that total product quantity needs  as well as nutrient calculations for the blends on all jobs are easily at their fingertips in the field.

To get started, click on the "Report" button at the bottom of the dispatch list. Users will then be taken to the dispatch list report options page where can initiate the Report Option request. Previously this list was limited to the Product Requirements report. Now users will have access to a Blend Sheet Report if at-least one fertilizer work order exists within the dispatch list.

To initiate the report request, users simply need to slide the action toggle feature to the right side of “Create Blend Sheet Report”, then enter the Blender Capacity and toggle for Equal Batched if Desired. If a blender asset has been defined previously for the job, its blender capacity will automatically be defaulted. To finish select the “Submit” function. The system will display a “Requesting Report” notification and then once ready, will display the PDF output directly on the mobile app. At this time user can elect to either Print, Email, Text or View the report.

The resulting PDF requested will then contain all the product-based information from the full list of jobs within the current Dispatch list. The first two pages of the report will provide the user with a map overview of all fields contained within the Dispatch as well as field summary information on those listed fields.

Please Note: Identical product rates across the jobs in the dispatch list is required in order to create a blend sheet.

The third page of the report will contain the Blend Loadsheet. The Blend Loadsheet will contain total blend information, individual batch analysis, and Guaranteed Analysis of the blend.
