Addition of Sulfate Sulfur (SO4S) for use in Job Orders

An additional primary element type for SO4S (Sulfate Sulfur) has been added to the FieldAlytics system. This classification will now allow user groups to define this amount/percentage within their product setup process, as well as select and use these products within the Fertilizer application job details for Work Orders.

Product Setup and Creation

From the existing “Product Management – Fertilizers” tool, users can elect to either update/edit and existing product or create a new fertilizer product. Once in the Product Details entry modal, begin by providing a product name as well as any other setup information that will define the product. Under the “Target Element” dropdown, the user will have a new selection option in the list for “SO4S”. This selection for SO4S (Sulfate Sulfur) is fundamentally different from the current “S” option which is specific to Elemental Sulfur.

Finish the setup process by defining the nutrient composition percentages for any element values contained within the product makeup and then also provide the assigned profiles that will utilize the product.

With the product(s) now established and associated to locations for use, the client can now utilize these products within their Work Order setup process for any Fertilizer Application job events.

Products added will then display both the defined product rate and total product requirement, along with the Blend Analysis calculation based on the defined elemental percentages defined within the product management setup tool. The display of the “SO4S” units will be shown for any product that includes this new elemental definition.

Clients will also see this analysis breakdown within the Blend Sheet report output. The SO4S values and calculated percentage will be listed among the existing elemental nutrient values.
