Creating Farm Plan Reports
Farm Plan Reports
- Financial Reports for Farm Plans can be run on three different levels: Field, Farm, and Grower Level. The first part of this guide will show how to get to the report selection interface at each of these three levels.
- The second part will demonstrate the functionality of the report selection interface.
Field Level Reports
- To get to the financial report selection window at the field level, start by expanding the profile tree to the field level and selecting the desired Farm Plan from the Farm Plan folder. [1]
- Next, click on the Reports [2] box located to the right of the map within the Farm Plan Summary to bring up the report menu.
Farm Level Reports
- To find the financial reports at the farm level, first expand the profile tree to the farm level [3] and click on Reports [4], located on the right side of the map.
- From there, click on Search Report [5] in the pop up window and select Farm Planning Reports from the drop down list.
- Click Submit
Grower Level Reports
- Finding the financial reports at the grower level is very similar to the farm level, start by expanding the profile tree to the desired grower. [6]
- Next, click on the Reports box [7] on the right side of the page under the grower information. Then click on Search Report [8] and select Farm Planning Reports from the drop down list.
- Click Submit
Selected or Actual Farm Planning Financial Reports
- First, select the desired year or years to run reports from [9]
- Next click on the desired report or reports to generate [10]
- Hover over the i icon [11] next to the name of the report to see a short description
Please Note: Multiyear Reports are only available if multiple years are selected.
- If needed click into the bottom text box to add additional emails [12] to send the selected reports
- To finish, select Generate
- When the report(s) are finished there will be a notification in the upper right corner of the screen [13] where the report can be accessed.
Custom Farm Planning Financial Reports
- First click the Custom reports tab [14] in the upper right hand corner of the window.
- Under the Custom reports tab, multiple report types can be selected over multiple years and plans
- To start selecting reports to add, first click on the desired report [15]
- Next select the desired plan from the drop down list and click add. [16]
- If necessary, add an additional email to send reports by clicking in the bottom text box [17] to type a valid email address
- When all wanted reports are selected select Generate [18] to finish.
