Submitting Jobs to Kahler

1. Create a work order job within FieldAlytics
2. Once the job is confirmed to be correct as requested by the customer, update the job status to Accepted in FieldAlytics
3. Once Accepted, navigate to the Operations tab in FieldAlytics
4. Add the desired jobs to a dispatch list by:
   1. Selecting the work order job(s) on the left and clicking Mass Add to Dispatch in the upper left
   2. Selecting the jobs within the UI using the Rectangle selection tool and choosing Add Selected to Dispatch
5. Once the desired job(s) are on the dispatch list, click Assign/Edit below the list of jobs
6. Navigate through the profile tree to select the desired blender this job will be delivered to and click Save
7. Click the Save button below the job list and blender asset selected
8. Select Blender Configuration under Job Options
9.  In the Select Blender dropdown, select Kahler Blender
   1. The Blender ID can be selected in the top portion of the window and applied to all jobs or assigned job by job below
   2. The Needs Blended flag can be applied to products that will need to be blended before being applied, if the products do not need blended (in cases of a multi-bin machine spreading products individually for instance) this selection should be set to Off
10. Once all jobs are setup within the configuration tool, click Submit
    1. This action submits the jobs to the Kahler interface
11. On the Dispatch Options, select Set job status to Assigned to update the job status from Operations
12. Select Create Blend Sheet Report if a blend sheet is desired for the application
    1. Blender capacity should pre-populate for the selected blender asset
13. Make any additional desired selections and click Submit

Notes and Other Considerations

FieldAlytics houses failure notices from the interface in scenarios where there were issues delivering the jobs. These notifications are delivered to the dispatching FieldAlytics user within the notification center. The notification center can be accessed by clicking the envelope icon in the upper right within FieldAlytics. The failure notice will allow users to re-submit the jobs from within the notification center without having to dispatch the job(s) a second time.

Upon completion of a job, dispensed product totals will be returned to FieldAlytics when product totals have been deemed to be completely dispensed from the Kahler system. The dispensed summary is available within the job details section on the Work Order tab in FieldAlytics. Ultimately, the application summary will also be updated with dispensed product totals which will in turn populate on the records create in the Records tab within FieldAlytics.

Integration Checklist:

1. Is the blender setup in FieldAlytics
2. Is the Blender ID and all relevant information filled out within the interface
3. Are all of our products setup with their corresponding cross reference value
4. Are all of our customers setup with their corresponding cross reference form FieldAlytics
   1. An excel document can be provided by the FieldAlytics team to streamline this process
