Variety Analysis

Variety Analysis reports may be run from the VAR, Business Unit, Location, Grower, and Farm levels, and contain crop, year, variety acres and percent of total acres. See help below to generate a Variety Analysis or for example Variety Analysis pages.

Generating Variety Analysis Reports

  1. Within the Main tab, click on the PDF icon under the VAR, Business Unit, or Location. This same report can be limited to the Grower or Farm level by selecting the relevant profile in the Main tab, then selecting this report from the "Reports" button in the right pane.
  2. The system opens "Summary Reports" menu window. Use the drop-down menu to select "Variety Analysis" and click "Submit".
  3. The system opens "Variety Analysis" menu window. See image on right. Make desired selections and click "Submit".
  4. The report, once generated will email to the email address that is the same as the user name logged in at time of generation.

Variety Analysis Report Options Explained

  • Select Report Type: The Select Report Type drop-down menu allows for the format of the report to be selected. Choose either PDF (Portable Document Format) or CSV (Comma Separated Values) format.
  • Additional Email(s): Inputting additional email addresses into the "Additional Email(s)" input field causes the system to generate and email each email address a copy of the report.
