Satshot Imagery Summary

A Satshot Imagery Summary may be run from the VAR, Business Unit, or Location levels, and details all the Satshot transactions made on that profile level. See help below.

1. Simply click the PDF icon within the Main tab Navigation Tree at the profile level the report should be run from.
2. Once clicked, the system opens "Summary Reports" menu window. Use the drop down menu to select "Satshot Imagery Summary" then click "Submit"
3. The system opens "Satshot Imagery Summary" window. See image below.

4. Use the "Start Date" and "End Date" input fields to define a range of dates concerned.
5. Click the search icon and the Satshot Imagery Summary window will update to display Satshot transactions. See example image on right.
6. Use the scroll bars to view the data associated with the satshot transactions displayed

7. Select a format from the "Save As" drop-down menu in the bottom left of the Satshot Imagery Summary window, then click the save button .

Please Note: The Satshot Imagery Summary will be delivered within a separate "pop-up" style browser window. Ensure that all pop-up blockers are turned off or have popups from efcsystems.com allowed, to receive report.

Auto Report Settings

Satshot imagery reports can be set to auto-generate and email. See help below

1. Follow steps 1-3 above to open "Satshot Imagery Summary" window.
2. Click "Auto Report Settings" tab of Satshot Imagery Summary window.

3. Select either "Weekly" or "Monthly" for auto Report Frequency.

4. Input desired email address(es) into the "Report Emails" input field.

5. Click the Save button

A Satshot Imagery Summary report will auto-generate and email on the frequency defined. If the auto-email is no longer desired, it can be removed from the same window, by deleting the email address, and re-saving.
