Sample ID Map Book

Sample ID Map Books may be generated on the Farm and Grower level and contains Field (and if selected, Farm) level maps indicating locations sampled, as well as lab selected, and field areas. Follow help below to generate a Sample ID Map Book, or for example Sample ID Map Book pages.

Generating Sample ID Map Books

  1. Within the Main tab, click on the PDF icon under the Grower or Farm desired.
  2. The system opens "Summary Reports" menu window. Use the drop-down menu to select "Sample ID Map Book" and click "Submit".
  3. The system opens "Sample ID Map Book Options" menu window. See image on right. Make desired selections and click "Generate Report".
  4. The report, once generated will email to the email address that is the same as the user name logged in at time of generation.

Sample ID Map Book Options Explained

  • Include Aggregate Farm Sample ID Map: Selecting this option causes Sample ID Map Book to come with a farm level Sample ID map
  • Aggregate Farm Sample ID Map ONLY: Selecting this option causes the Sample ID Map Book to only include the Aggregate Farm level Sample ID map, discarding the individual field Sample ID Maps.
  • Additional Email(s): Inputting additional email addresses into the "Additional Email(s)" input field causes the system to generate and email each email address a copy of the Farm/Field Map Book
