Generating an As-Planted Data Summary By Crop Report

1. Within the Main tab, click the "Reports" button in the right pane at the Farm or Grower level desired within the profile selection tree.
2. The system will open "Summary Reports" selection window, use the drop-down menu to select "As-Planted Data Summary By Crop" then click "Submit".
3. The system opens "As Planted Data Summary By Crop " menu window, pictured on right. 
4. Make desired selections from the As-Planted Data By Crop" menu and then click "Submit"
5. As-Planted Data Summaries by Crop will arrive by email, to the same email address that is the user name logged in at the time of generation.

As-Planted Data Summary By Crop Report Menu Options Explained

• Select Crop(s): The crops available within the Select Crop(s) area will vary depending on the Grower or Farm selected, and directly reflects the As-Planted layers available within that Grower or Farm.
• Year: The contents of the Year drop-down menu varies depending on the Grower or Farm selected, and also directly reflects the As-Planted years available within that Grower or Farm.
• Include Individual Field Data: Selecting this option causes As-Planted Data Summary to include individual field data in with Grower Summaries (if Include Grower Summary is selected) and As-Planted Data Summaries by Farm pages.
• Include Page Break Per Product: Selecting this option causes each seed product to be listed within its own page(s).
• Additional Email(s): Inputting additional email addresses into the "Additional Email(s)" input field causes the system to generate and email each email address a copy of the As-Planted Data Summary.
