As-Applied Data Summary

1. Within the Main tab, click the "Reports" button in the right hand panel with a Grower or Farm profile selected. 
2. The system opens the "Reports" menu window. Use the drop-down menu to select "As-Applied Data Summary", then click "Submit"  
3. The system opens "As-Applied Data Summary" menu window (Pictured on right). Make desired Selections and click "Submit"
4. The As-Applied data summary will arrive by email, to the email address that is the same as the user name logged in at the time of generation.

   

As-Applied Data Summary Options Explained

• Select Product(s): The Select Product(s) section of the As-Applied Data Summary will vary from by Grower or Farm selected based upon the As-applied data present on that level.
  • Please Note: The system will present all products available from beneath the selected profile level. This means that not all products will always be present for the selected year.
• Year: The year drop-down menu contents also reflect the As-Applied data available on the chosen profile. Only years containing As-Applied layers will be presented within this dropdown selection.
• Include Individual Field Data Selecting this option causes individual field data to be included on Grower and Farm As-Applied Summary pages. See examples below.
• Include Page Break Per Product Selecting this option causes the Farm level As-Applied summary to group each product to its own page.
• Additional Email(s) Inputting additional email addresses into the "Additional Email(s)" input field causes the As-Applied data Summary to generate and email each email address a copy of the As-Applied Data Summary.
