Combined Export from Saved Rxes

The Combined Export from Saved Rxes utility is a way to "stitch together" saved rx for different fields into one spread file. This utility also allows for those saved rx files to be exported separately as well.

1. Right click over any Grower or Farm name within the profile tree.
2. Select "Combined Export from Saved Rxes".

3. Expand the profile tree down past the field level to select each desired Rx. (2)

Please Note: Take care not to select any Saved Rxes that would overlap each other spatially, as this could create an invalid file.

4. Click "Continue".

5. The system will display the "Combined Export Naming" window.

6. Additional options in this window include:

i. Merge: With this option toggled the resulting file will be one Shapefile containing each Saved Rx. If we do not have this option toggled we can adjust the file type to a specific monitor. Changing the file type to a specific monitor will not allow our files to be merged.

ii. Include Saved Rx PDF: Included in the zipped file will be a PDF report for each saved Rx selected

iii. Assign Asset: Send the Rx files directly to personnel, or a wirelessly connected monitor

iv. Email: The Rx files will generate live unless we choose to have them delivered via email. Use this checkbox to have Rx files delivered via email.

v. Additional Emails: Option to input any additional emails that would also like to receive the Rx files.

7. Click "Save"

9. Click "Download Export". In the pop-up window.
