Profile Selection: [1] Use the Profile tree on the left hand side of the screen to select the Grower>Farms and Fields to be displayed. The profiles selected here serve as filters for "Create from work order job", and "Create from logged data" actions as well.
Today Button: [2] Clicking the Today button navigates the calendar to today's date, with the day highlighted.
Month/Year Advance/Retreat: [3] Click the Month advance button > to advance the Records Calendar forward by one month per click. Next to it is the year advance button >> . The backward facing buttons move the calendar back in time.
Create Records: [4]The Create new record, Create from work order job, and Create from logged data buttons; which may all be used to create Records events.
Reports: [5] Clicking the Reports button will take you to the active list of available Records reports. Upon clicking the needed report type from the drop-down menu on the "Reports" window, options for that report type will appear. Follow the report topics for more help.
Record Type Filters: [6] Checking and un-checking these filter options will cause their corresponding event types (or profiles) to appear or be excluded from the active calendar view.
Finalized & Open Filters: [7] Records may be either in Open (non-reviewed) or Finalized (reviewed and accepted) states. Notice the circular indicators on the left side of each records entry appearing within the calendar. These indicators (all green in example image) display if the record event is in finalized or open state. Leave desired status types checked, and the calendar will display only those records.
Reset Filter Button: [8] Clicking the Reset Filter Button resets all filters to their default positions.
Display Result Fields: [9] The Fields results area shows all the field names that have an event that matches the current filter settings.
Example Records Entry: [10] Clicking on any of the records entries within the Records Calendar opens that records entry. Hovering over any of the individual records entry with mouse cursor causes the system to display the fields concerned within the entry.
