  • Record Type Filters: [6] Checking and un-checking these filter options will cause their corresponding event types (or profiles) to appear or be excluded from the active calendar view.
  • Finalized & Open Filters[7] Records may be either in Open (non-reviewed) or Finalized (reviewed and accepted) states. Notice the circular indicators on the left side of each records entry appearing within the calendar. These indicators (all green in example image) display if the record event is in finalized or open state. Leave desired status types checked, and the calendar will display only those records.
  • Reset Filter Button: [8] Clicking the Reset Filter Button resets all filters to their default positions.
  • Display Result Fields: [9] The Fields results area shows all the field names that have an event that matches the current filter settings.
  • Example Records Entry: [10] Clicking on any of the records entries within the Records Calendar opens that records entry. Hovering over any of the individual records entry with mouse cursor causes the system to display the fields concerned within the entry.
