Selecting Work Order Type and Grower Profile1. In the Work Order tab, click Add Work Order to the right of the screen.2. Select "Soil Book" for Type. [1] 3. Select desired VAR, Bu, Location and Grower. [2] 4. (Optional) Click Sync with ERP [3] to enter P.O. and Invoice number Please Note: P.O. and Invoice Number details are for record keeping purposes, and are not required. Merchant Ag Sync not available for Soil Book Work Orders. 5. Click Save to continue. |
Add Job Wizard - Profiles6.Add relevant fields by expanding profile [4] and selecting desired fields from the drop down menu [5] once the boundary is selected, click the green plus icon. The field will appear as the image below.7. (Optional) If desired, input a name for the Job. 8. Click Report [6] to Continue to the Next step. |
Add Job Wizard - ReportInputs within this tab are optional.9. Select an equation type and if needed, a specific equation. 10. Select desired Crop. 11. Select a Yield Goal and corresponding unit of measure. 12. Input desired target pH. 13. Select an Element , and if there are preferences set up within the Location Preferences tool, the defaulted product and rate selections will automatically populate. If not, input desired selections. 14. Click Add Product. 15. To add more elements and rates, repeat steps #13 and #14. 16. Select desired Controller type. 17. Select additional reports to include 18. Click Options [7] at the bottom of the window for the next step. |

20. Once all requirements in the Lab and Options Tabs are met, Click Save [8] to finish the Work Order. |
